Selecting viewing options (PB only)
Use the following Interface Options in the Vector Paint Preferences dialog box to customize the way you view your work in Vector Paint. It is important to understand that, unlike most other effects, the options you select as Vector Paint Preferences apply to all your Vector Paint work, both on the current layer and on other layers. Your current preference settings are also used for subsequent uses of Vector Paint, including future sessions. With Vector Paint selected in the Effect Controls window, open the Vector Paint Preferences dialog box in any of the following ways: By default, the following three options are selected in this dialog box: Better Preview While Drawing When selected, this option enables drawing an anti-aliased preview in the Composition window. When it is not selected, Vector Paint draws a rough preview that works with any graphics card. Note: If the preview does not appear to be drawing correctly, you may have an incompatible graphics card. Also, Better Preview While Drawing is temporarily disabled in low-memory situations, and Draft quality is used instead. Show Actual Brush Size When selected, the cursor represents brush size in the Composition window by changing into a circle or square of the appropriate size. When deselected, the normal brush cursor arrow appears. Show Toolbar When selected, the toolbar appears in the Composition window. |
